Position Overview: The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
