Reports to: The Director of Social Enterprise

Salary: £37,850 pa (pay award pending)

Location: 454 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2RN

FTE: 5 days including occasional weekends

The EFI Manager is at the heart of the business and plays a key role in Four Square, with a focus on the Edinburgh Furniture Initiative delivering results, leading our retail Shop and warehouse teams, delivering excellent Customer service and efficient Logistics planning. You will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of all the EFI tasks, ensuring effective use of resources.

You’ll lead and develop a team of three Supervisors: Warehouse Supervisor.

About The Role:

The role is about providing a consistent service to the community of people who have always used the EFI and looking for new opportunities to grow and develop our business and team. You’ll report to our Director for Social Enterprise who will coach and support you to succeed in the role.
