We're working on a Senior Account/Development Manager (Creative Production / Immersive Experiences) role with an established London and Middle East based creative studio, over 25 years in the industry and supported by a recent major investment, and now scaling its commercial function in response to a marked increase in project volume and business activity.
The Company: A creative production studio combining strategy, design, software, and emerging technology to deliver physical and digital experiences for senior client audiences. Output spans innovation labs, Executive Brand Centres, museum experiences, immersive environments, and AI-led activations. A proprietary software platform underpins much of the work and represents a defined growth area.
The studio operates a dedicated innovation space in London where senior client stakeholders engage with emerging technology firsthand. It functions as both a creative environment and a commercial setting where complex opportunities develop.
The Senior Account/Development Manager Role: This position has been opened in direct response to a sustained increase in project demand and the studio's broader commercial expansion. The role carries primary responsibility for the growth and retention of an established portfolio of strategic accounts. The mandate is to deepen existing client relationships, increase account value, and develop long-term, multi-project engagements. New business development and pitch contribution sit alongside this core remit. The role reports directly to the CEO, and offers a clearly defined pathway into sales leadership as the commercial function scales.
Core responsibilities:
- Ownership and strategic growth of a portfolio of key client accounts across brands, agencies, corporates, and cultural institutions
- Identification and development of upsell opportunities across projects, programmes, and multi-year engagements
- Trusted-advisor positioning with senior client stakeholders
- Ownership of Salesforce hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting across the business
- Production of high-quality proposals, pitch documentation, scopes, and commercial pricing
- End-to-end management of opportunities from brief to close
- Close collaboration with strategy, design, production, and technical leadership
- Strategic contribution to growth in innovation labs, experience centres, EBCs, brand environments, and AI-driven propositions
What Makes the Role Stand Out?
A direct reporting line to the CEO, a defined route to sales leadership, and meaningful influence over the evolution of the commercial function. The studio has eighteen years of established credibility, a mature client base, and the backing of a recent investment-supported growth strategy. The role itself has been created on the back of genuine commercial momentum rather than speculative hiring. International project exposure across UK and Middle East markets. The work is technically and commercially substantial, with senior client engagement throughout the deal cycle.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven track record of managing large scale corporate accounts and expanding turnover within them - this will be within the creative technology, experiential or immersive agencies, or digital and innovation environments
- A demonstrable track record of growing existing client accounts at scale
- Experience delivering complex, bespoke projects for brands, agencies, corporates, or cultural institutions
- A working understanding of immersive, interactive, or technology-led environments
- Strong commercial acumen, senior-level client credibility, and proven negotiation capability
- Advanced Salesforce CRM proficiency (essential)
- The ability to translate complex creative and technical concepts into clear, compelling commercial propositions
- Experience selling software or AI-driven experiences, or an established network across brands, agencies, or corporate innovation teams, will be considered highly advantageous.
Compensation and structure:
London (hybrid) with international exposure across UK and Middle East. Direct line to the CEO and a defined progression path into sales leadership. An eighteen-year-established studio with a fresh investment-backed growth mandate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company at a key growth stage, while also furthering your career and earning potential.
