We're working on a Motion Designer role with a fast-growing production studio working across a range of verticals. The team is hiring experienced motion designers to help meet rising client demand, with a particular interest in candidates who've started working AI content production tools into their workflow.
The studio is a London and Dubai-based production studio creating high-end content and experiences for ambitious clients across multiple sectors. The output spans cinematic film, motion graphics, 3D environments, interactive content, and bespoke UI for digital installations and large-format displays. The work is varied, the standard is high, and the project pipeline is healthy. The team is tight, senior, and creatively led. Growth has been consistent, and the studio is now adding capacity across the motion department.
The Motion Designer will own the moving image craft across multiple live projects, working alongside creative directors, 3D artists, designers, and developers. Output ranges from cinematic brand films through to motion for bespoke touchscreen UI, interactive content, and large-scale projection work.
Day to day, you will:
- Concept and produce motion content across film, digital, and physical installation formats
- Animate UI for bespoke touchscreen and tablet-controlled environments
- Build sequences combining 3D renders, plate footage, type, and graphic systems
- Work closely with 3D and CGI artists to bring environments to life
- Integrate AI tools into the production process where they sharpen output or speed up iteration
- Contribute to pitch work, treatments, and creative development
Why this one is different: The work is genuinely premium. Budgets support real craft, real time, and real ambition. Variety across film, interactive UI, and large-format content keeps the work technically and creatively fresh. You'll be in a small, senior team with direct creative input rather than feeding a production line. The studio is actively investing in AI-led production workflows, so there's real scope to shape how the team adopts and applies these tools.
You'll be a fit if you:
- Have a strong showreel covering motion graphics, animation, and ideally some 3D integration
- Are fluent in After Effects and comfortable working with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar
- Have started working AI content tools into your process, image, video, or asset generation
- Understand how motion behaves across formats, touchscreens, large-format displays, projection, multi-screen
- Can hold a creative idea from concept through to final delivery
- Have an eye for typography, composition, and pace
What's on offer: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience, London studio, 2 to 3 days onsite per week, a senior creative environment with direct access to creative leadership, varied, ambitious work across multiple sectors, long-term progression as the studio grows.
