The Role
We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll help us find talented people for roles across VR, AR, AI and beyond. Whether you’re completely new to recruitment or already have some experience, this is a chance to bring creativity, curiosity and an interest in tech to your work – while learning how to build lasting relationships and succeed in a fast-paced industry.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll spend most of your day speaking to candidates on the phone, having conversations to understand their skills and career goals
- Find and engage with candidates for technical and creative roles
- Use social media and online platforms to support your search for talent
- Learn how to use and work with the latest AI tools to boost your sourcing skills
- Support the recruitment team and bring fresh ideas to improve how we work
- Build relationship skills and confidence that will grow your career
- Learn how to manage the full recruitment process as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, from first call to placement
