Technical Project Manager – 3D Asset Workflows & Real-Time Systems Location: London based company – Hybrid role Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent A leading creative technology studio is looking for a Technical Project Manager to help shape the asset infrastructure behind one of the Middle East’s most ambitious visual media and urban development programmes. The studio is known for delivering immersive, city-scale content, combining spatial data, cinematic visuals, and interactive tools to create compelling stories about place, identity, and transformation. With a portfolio that spans urban visualisation, real-time applications and public engagement platforms, the team works closely with governments, architects, and cultural organisations to bring the built environment to life through digital experiences. The Technical Project Manager role plays an essential part in ensuring that complex asset ecosystems, ranging from BIM and GIS data to film and 3D content, flow seamlessly through production pipelines into high-performance, real-time, and cinematic outputs. The Role As Technical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of how digital assets are managed and delivered across multiple formats, teams and regions. Your focus will be on building structured workflows that enable creative and technical teams to operate at scale—balancing long-term system planning with daily production needs. You’ll work closely with a talented team of engineers, producers, and external partners to define the tools, track delivery, and remove friction from asset-heavy workflows. It’s a hands-on, delivery-focused role with a genuine scope to improve how production runs across the entire programme. Key Responsibilities You’ll lead the definition and maintenance of scalable workflows for ingesting, validating, versioning and deploying BIM, GIS and media assets—ensuring reliable integration with platforms such as Unreal Engine and GIS systems. Alongside delivery planning, the Technical Project Manager will manage schedules and track risks across technical and creative teams, responding quickly to changes in scope or resource availability. You’ll work closely with internal developers and IT teams to set tooling requirements and oversee the integration of both in-house and third-party systems—continually refining workflows to reduce rework and improve output speed. As the central contact across engineering, content and operations, the Technical Project Manager will also coordinate third-party vendors and help maintain alignment through clear documentation and structured communication. What You’ll Bring * 5–7 years experience in technical project management, pipeline delivery or digital asset systems * Strong knowledge of asset management across BIM, GIS, 3D modelling and media formats * Hands-on familiarity with Unreal Engine or similar real-time platforms * Experience managing large-scale, distributed production workflows * A structured, delivery-first mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into practical systems Why This Role This is an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital asset systems that sit at the heart of a strategically significant public programme—combining media, infrastructure, and immersive storytelling. You’ll be part of a studio that values thoughtful systems over unnecessary process, and where practical solutions are favoured over theoretical frameworks. With creative ownership, long-term visibility, and a collaborative, low-ego culture, this role offers the chance for a Technical Project Manager to make a tangible impact, on both the work and the way it\’s delivered
