The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant with FourPointZero, you’ll have the chance to focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across an exciting range of immersive tech sectors. What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent and contract roles in immersive tech
- Build and nurture candidate relationships through phone calls, video calls, and online channels
- Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner for their hiring needs
- Use the latest tools and AI technology to support your search strategies
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, candidates, and opportunities
- Contribute ideas to help us refine and improve our recruitment processes
