A leading global creative technology studio is looking for a Lead / Principal Software Developer to help shape the future direction of its flagship digital platform—an intuitive, visually rich product that’s changing how large-scale construction projects are visualised and brought to market.
Following the award of several major contracts with global developers and real estate groups, the studio is entering a key growth phase. As part of this major investment, the team is expanding—and this newly created role will be central to building out the platform’s next evolution. You’ll take ownership of technical direction while supporting the team through delivery at scale.
The Impact You’ll Have
- This is a hands-on development role with the added scope to influence platform direction and engineering strategy.
- You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Client Services to improve delivery workflows, raise engineering standards, and ensure the platform remains stable, performant, and scalable.
