We're working with a creative-led team looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join them on a permanent basis. This role supports a high-profile immersive media space with live campaigns, brand launches and cultural programming, so the work is fast-paced, visually driven, and always audience-facing.

You’ll be creating motion content for sales presentations, promotional videos, and marketing assets. The focus is 2D animation and design using After Effects, no 3D required. The work involves turning ideas into polished, impactful visuals that help sell commercial ideas or bring marketing campaigns to life.

This is a junior role with plenty of scope to develop. You’ll start on a short freelance contract with the view to move into a permanent position if it’s the right match.

The role

  • Design and animate 2D motion content (After Effects)
  • Produce marketing visuals, promotional edits and sales mock-ups
  • Support the commercial team on internal and client-facing creative
  • Work onsite in Central London 3 days a week
