With a permanent venue in London and touring productions worldwide, they blend cutting-edge projection, sound, and media server technology to deliver unforgettable audience experiences. Owing to expansion and an increasing number of high-profile events, they are looking for an AV & Technology Manager to oversee daily technical operations, lead a team of AV technicians, and manage live event production. The AV Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery across both permanent and touring experiences. What will the AV Manager be doing? * Oversee AV Operations – Manage projection, media servers, LED displays, and audio systems to ensure flawless experiences. * Lead the Team – Oversee a team of AV technicians, coordinate freelancers, and ensure smooth event execution. * Drive Live Events – Set up and operate AV for corporate events, performances, and interactive installations. * Maintain & Innovate – Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and oversee upgrades to keep experiences running at the highest level. What skills are they looking for the AV Manager to have? * Experience in live events environments, ensuring smooth AV setup and execution. * Strong audio engineering skills, including networked sound systems and multitrack playback. * AV team management experience, leading both in-house technicians and freelance specialists. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. * Familiarity with projection, LED walls, signal distribution, and event production technology.
