About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced AV Engineer who enjoys both technical problem‑solving and hands‑on implementation. Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams, the role involves designing, installing, and maintaining AV systems that bring interactive experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, install, and configure AV hardware, including projectors, LED walls, sound systems, and control systems.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and technical specialists to integrate AV solutions into interactive spaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless performance.
- Support live events and interactive activations, performing on‑site maintenance and technical checks.
- Work with DMA, Art‑Net, and media servers (e.g., Disguise, Resolume, Green Hippo) to power digital content.
- Stay ahead of the latest AV and immersive technology trends to help refine future projects.
What’s Required
- Proven experience in AV engineering, ideally within experiential, retail, events, or corporate environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV hardware, control systems (Crestron, AMX, or Extron), and networking principles.
- Hands‑on experience with LED walls, projection mapping, and interactive displays.
- Experience with DMA, Art‑Net, and media servers is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and floor plans.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on, proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
