What you'll work on:
- Extracting and structuring data from XR simulations (Unity/Unreal)
- Turning human behaviour into usable datasets
- Building multimodal models (interaction data + video + SOPs)
- Developing systems like deviation detection, performance scoring, and AI feedback
This role is for you if:
- You’ve built ML systems end-to-end (not just models)
- You’re comfortable working with messy, real-world data
- You like defining structure where none exists
- You want to work on something hard, applied, and high-impact
This is not:
- A pure research role
- A “train models on clean datasets” job
- A backend-only position
Stack (flexible): Python, PyTorch, CV/vision models, LLMs, XR data (Unreal)
