A leading global firm is seeking an AV & Conferencing Systems Engineer to join its Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily operation, support, and administration of AV (audio-visual) and UC (unified communications) technology across APAC and EMEA offices. You’ll work closely with global teams to ensure seamless technology experiences in meetings, events, and day-to-day operations. A key part of this role is supporting live and hybrid events, including technical setup, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination to ensure high-quality audio and video. You’ll also work on developing hardware automation, refining AV/UC integrations, and maintaining systems to deliver reliable and efficient conferencing experiences.
What You’ll Need:
- A strong background in AV/UC systems, including Extron, Crestron, video walls, control processors, DSPs, microphones, and conferencing platforms.
- Experience supporting and managing events—from small meetings to large-scale productions—is essential.
- You must be able to troubleshoot AV signal flow independently and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with experience in networking, VoIP, and Windows/Mac/Linux platforms.
Bonus Skills:
- If you have experience with Crestron or Extron programming, Lua or Python scripting, Zoom Rooms management, enterprise telephony, AVoIP protocols, or live event production, that’s a plus.
- Familiarity with DSP configuration (QSC, Biamp, Shure), REST APIs, or rack fabrication would also be beneficial.
