About the Role

As a Technical Designer within our European division, you'll play a key role in delivering workplace and commercial interior projects across Europe. Working closely with our design, project management, and delivery teams, you'll help transform concepts into buildable, high-quality solutions while supporting projects through the design and construction process. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects and requires regular travel to project sites throughout Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing and coordinating detailed technical design packages.
  • Supporting projects from concept development through to delivery.
  • Collaborating with designers, project managers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Attending site visits and surveys across Europe.
  • Resolving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in Technical Design within workplace, commercial, retail, or interior fit-out projects.
  • Understanding of Design & Build procurement, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams.
  • Additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
