About the Role As a Technical Designer within our European division, you'll play a key role in delivering workplace and commercial interior projects across Europe. Working closely with our design, project management, and delivery teams, you'll help transform concepts into buildable, high-quality solutions while supporting projects through the design and construction process. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects and requires regular travel to project sites throughout Europe. What You'll Be Doing Producing and coordinating detailed technical design packages. Supporting projects from concept development through to delivery. Collaborating with designers, project managers, contractors, and consultants. Attending site visits and surveys across Europe. Resolving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working within a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential. What We're Looking For Self-motivated and proactive. Excellent communicators who can build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Adaptable and willing to travel regularly across Europe. Strong technically, with a keen eye for detail and buildability. Desirable Experience Experience in Technical Design within workplace, commercial, retail, or interior fit-out projects. Understanding of Design & Build procurement, processes, and methodologies. Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams. Additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
