fourfive is a supplement brand built by two ex-rugby players who wanted products they'd genuinely take themselves. We've grown into Boots, Sainsbury's, Holland & Barrett and Ocado, with a fast-growing online business - it's a genuinely exciting time to be here.

We're looking for someone who understands how content actually grows a business. Not a content calendar filler. Someone who can build a strategy across organic and paid, see the whole marketing mix, and spot where the leverage is and who can generate genuinely original ideas, not recycle what everyone else is doing.

What you'd own:

  • A content strategy that connects organic and paid - built to drive growth, not just engagement
  • Coming up with ideas and content out of nothing - the kind of creative thinking that turns a flat week into something people actually stop and watch
  • Looking across everything the business has going on - retail, activations, NPD, ambassadors — and turning it into content opportunities most people would miss
  • Working closely with our paid, creative and retention teams so the whole mix pulls in one direction
  • Getting hands-on - briefing, shaping, and sometimes making the work, not just managing it

You'll be a fit if you:

  • Think creatively as a default — making engaging ideas and content from nothing is non-negotiable
  • Think in terms of business outcomes, not vanity metrics
  • Can hold strategy and execution at the same time
  • Have a genuine feel for brand and what makes content land
  • Move fast, take ownership, and like building something rather than maintaining it

We care about the right person far more than years on a CV or a specific job title. If you've been the person quietly driving growth through content and brand and want a bigger canvas, this is it.
