We are currently recruiting. FourFive are a growing recruitment team in London, focused on connecting top talent with leading organisations across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a motivated Recruiter to drive talent acquisition, build strong candidate relationships, and support hiring objectives across the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and reach target candidates across the market
- Proactively headhunt high-calibre talent for key roles
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with future candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
