We are building a next-generation recruitment and talent business focused on the fastest-growing sector in the world - AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centres & Advanced Facilities. Collectively, the founding team brings over 20 years of experience, including three former top billers who have operated at the very top of different markets. We have built and scaled high-performing desks and led teams, so we understand what it takes to build a successful career in recruitment.

We operate with the latest recruitment technology and tooling, designed to strip out admin, increase speed, and allow our consultants to be genuinely productive. We are not offering blanket equity promises, but we have set aside a meaningful equity pool for early employees and key hires who create real value. This is about long-term wealth creation, not headlines.

Right now, we are hiring our founding team for our London office, with future expansion planned in the USA & Middle East. We are particularly keen to speak with high performers who are open to relocating internationally as part of building something genuinely global. Our goal is simple: give high performers the platform to do their best work.
