We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Packing Operative to join our team.
You'll be working across four dynamic brands , using onsite tools and equipment to carefully pack a wide range of products.
Your work will help ensure that every order leaves our facility securely packaged, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack multiple product types using various tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Meet daily packing output targets set by your supervisor.
- Develop custom packaging solutions for new product lines.
- Take ownership of your tasks and contribute to team success.
- Share process improvement ideas and best practices.
- Recycle waste correctly in designated streams.
