We are a dynamic Design and Manufacturing business operating four successful brands, and we’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Product & POS Designer to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing innovative, bespoke POS solutions from client briefs
  • Developing new products for our group of e‑commerce brands
  • Creating 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings for manufacture
  • Producing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and logging data within our MRP system
  • Specifying materials and components for each project
  • Collaborating closely with production and planning teams to support prototyping
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and cost‑effectively
  • Working with purchasing to source project‑specific materials and components
  • Bringing concepts to fruition using SolidWorks for prototype and manufacturing
  • Prototyping, testing, and refining new ideas
  • Liaising with suppliers and keeping up to date with new materials and technologies

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) and 2D technical drawing
  • Experience producing manufacturing‑ready technical drawings
  • Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Hands‑on experience with acrylic fabrication, joinery, and metalwork
  • Knowledge of print processes (preferred but not essential)
  • 1+ year experience in retail POS or design and manufacturing (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience tracking project margins against estimates
  • Some experience using MRP software
  • A proactive problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
