Faircloth Construction is looking for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of commercial and industrial projects across the South East. This role requires someone strong on site, with excellent experience across groundworks, civils, foundations, drainage and steel frame construction. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activity, subcontractors, programme, health & safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations from groundworks through to completion.
  • Oversee civils, drainage, foundations, steel frame and external works packages.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
  • Maintain strong communication with the project team, client and supply chain.
  • Keep site paperwork, RAMS, permits and reports up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven Site Manager experience within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Strong groundworks and steel frame background.
  • Confident managing subcontractors and driving programme.
  • Strong health & safety knowledge.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
