A leading building services consultancy is looking to appoint an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join its London team. The role
- Working alongside senior engineers, you will support the delivery of mechanical building services designs from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Produce mechanical design calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings
- Support sustainable design and BREEAM-related requirements
- Attend site visits, surveys, inspections, and commissioning activities
- Undertake plant room design and spatial coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
- Support project delivery through all project stages
Requirements
- Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Experience within a building services consultancy
- Strong mechanical design knowledge
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Revit experience
- IES modelling experience
- CIBSE membership or working towards Chartership
