Electrical Site Manager

Location: Glasgow - UK

OTE up to £80,000 + Profit Share, Bonus & Benefits

Fourblue are working with a leading employee-owned electrical engineering contractor who are at the forefront of delivering the UK’s transition to Net Zero. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to take ownership of high voltage and renewable energy installation projects across the UK, leading site teams and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be central to driving site performance, safety culture, and project success on utility scale infrastructure works.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

  • Leading and managing all electrical installation activities on new build HV and renewable energy sites
  • Supervising site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements
  • Delivering toolbox talks, site briefings and ongoing safety communications to all operatives
  • Working closely with project engineers, managers and operations teams to achieve key milestones
  • Supporting workforce management on site and ensuring teams are motivated and productive
  • Driving a strong health and safety culture and ensuring compliance across all site operations
  • Acting as the key point of contact for electrical works on site and maintaining high standards of delivery

Criteria of the Site Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in site management within electrical installation or infrastructure projects
  • SMSTS qualification is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build strong working relationships
  • Practical and solutions focused approach to site delivery
  • Electrical background or relevant installation experience is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
