Fourblue are working with an established contractor who is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team and take a lead role across a major portfolio of infrastructure schemes. This is a senior opportunity with real commercial influence, covering commercial strategy, profitability, risk, change control and final accounts, with a particular focus on NEC3/NEC4 Target Cost contracts.
You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and operational teams, lead high-value subcontract procurement and negotiations, and provide commercial guidance across the business. You’ll also have responsibility for mentoring and line-managing junior commercial professionals, supporting their development and progression.
We’re looking for a Senior QS with strong experience across civil engineering, highways, utilities or infrastructure, alongside excellent NEC knowledge and a proven track record managing complex commercial projects and final accounts. MRICS/MICES is desirable, as is experience in highways electrical, street lighting or signage.
