Fourblue Recruitment is growing and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells office. This is a delivery-focused role, supporting consultants across live roles in the utilities, data centre and renewable energy markets in the UK and Europe. There is no client account management in this position.
The role
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across technical disciplines
- Screening, qualifying and managing candidates through the process
- Managing compliance, right-to-work checks and documentation
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate ownership
Commission & structure
- 25% of billings allocated to the Resourcer per deal made
- 25% commission paid on those billings
- Clear, transparent and uncapped earning potential
About you
- Recruitment resourcing or delivery experience
- Organised, detail-focused and confident with candidate engagement
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment
- Interest in engineering, infrastructure or energy markets
