A leading international contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects is seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a live data centre project in Slough. This role will suit someone with a strong site presence, comfortable working closely with delivery teams on a fast-paced project.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Manager with day-to-day commercial activities
- Prepare and manage re-measures and variations
- Produce valuations, cost reports, and budget updates
- Manage subcontractor packages, payments, and accounts
- Liaise with site teams, procurement, and finance departments
- Assist with monthly reporting and accruals
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Background in large-scale industrial or construction projects
- Experience delivering fit-out packages
- Strong understanding of re-measurement and commercial processes
- Comfortable working on-site full-time
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Right to work in the UK
