A growing and highly regarded project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects while benefiting from a genuinely progressive working culture. The business delivers projects across both the public and private sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, and major developments, with values ranging from £6m to £400m+.
The role
- Lead and deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Act as the primary client contact, managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Provide strategic advice on programme, cost, risk, and procurement
- Oversee project reporting including programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
- Administer contracts and act as Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator
- Ensure robust project governance, controls, and delivery standards
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Support business development and client growth
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex construction projects at Senior PM level
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Commercially aware with strong project controls experience
- Ideally MRICS, MAPM or equivalent (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
