A growing and highly regarded project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects while benefiting from a genuinely progressive working culture.

The business delivers projects across both the public and private sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, and major developments, with values ranging from £6m to £400m+.

The role

You will lead the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, acting as the key client interface while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful outcomes across programme, cost, and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects from inception through to completion
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Provide strategic advice on programme, cost, risk, and procurement
  • Oversee project reporting including programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
  • Administer contracts and act as Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator
  • Ensure robust project governance, controls, and delivery standards
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Support business development and client growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex construction projects at Senior PM level
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Commercially aware with strong project controls experience
  • Ideally MRICS, MAPM or equivalent (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
