An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist High Voltage installation and maintenance business, delivering end-to-end solutions across the lifecycle of critical electrical infrastructure. From installation and commissioning through to planned maintenance, emergency response and asset management, the business works across a diverse portfolio of HV assets and private networks, supporting clients where safety, reliability and technical expertise really matter.
The Role is much more than an administration position. You’ll be the link between customers, engineers, contractors and suppliers, making sure maintenance programmes are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive HV maintenance
- Managing engineers, contractors, suppliers and customer requirements
- Preparing and checking RAMS, SLDs, job packs and technical documentation
- Reviewing maintenance reports and tracking remedial works through to completion
- Coordinating specialist testing, including transformer oil sampling
- Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance records
- Supporting KPI reporting and identifying operational or safety risks
- Keeping customers informed and building strong working relationships
About You: We’re looking for someone with experience coordinating work within an engineering, utilities, power, industrial maintenance or technical environment. You’ll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with technical information. HV/electrical experience is advantageous but not essential.
