Fourblue Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells office. This is a delivery-focused role, supporting consultants across live roles in the utilities, data centre and renewable energy markets in the UK and Europe.
The role
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across technical disciplines
- Screening, qualifying and managing candidates through the process
- Managing compliance, right-to-work checks and documentation
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate ownership
About you
- Recruitment resourcing or delivery experience
- Organised, detail-focused and confident with candidate engagement
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment
- Interest in engineering, infrastructure or energy markets
