Fourblue Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells office. This is a delivery-focused role, supporting consultants across live roles in the utilities, data centre and renewable energy markets in the UK and Europe.

The role

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates across technical disciplines
  • Screening, qualifying and managing candidates through the process
  • Managing compliance, right-to-work checks and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate ownership

About you

  • Recruitment resourcing or delivery experience
  • Organised, detail-focused and confident with candidate engagement
  • High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment
  • Interest in engineering, infrastructure or energy markets
