Are you ready to shape the future of essential infrastructure? A new opportunity for a proactive SHEQ professional to play a leading role in the safe, efficient and innovative delivery of substation and renewable energy projects. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that designs, builds and commissions substations up to 400kV and constructs and maintains key transmission assets powering homes and businesses. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, you’ll find an environment that supports growth, development and the chance to truly thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards while driving continuous improvement
- Supporting client relationships and delivering against strategic SHEQ plans
- Leading all incident and accident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis
- Acting as a visible behavioural safety leader and role model
- Leading and facilitating SHEQ and client meetings
- Identifying issues, resolving them promptly, or escalating where necessary

Qualifications:
