The role involves:

  • Leading projects and providing guidance to junior team members.

  • Collaborating with specialists in related disciplines such as vertical transportation, energy modelling, and NABERS assessments.
  • Producing high-quality reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
  • Using sustainability tools such as One Click LCA proficiently.
  • Reviewing design drawings and specifications to assess environmental performance.
  • Conducting site inspections and writing detailed reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Supporting the training and development of junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sustainability consultancy, ideally in the commercial office sector.
  • Experience across RIBA Stages 2–6 in sectors including commercial, mixed-use, retail, and industrial.
  • Experience producing Sustainability Statements for planning applications.
  • UK driving licence.
