A well-established UK electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to strengthen their site delivery team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high technical standard.
The role
You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site supervision, leading electricians and subcontractors across multiple projects.

• Supervising electrical installation works on site
• Coordinating teams to meet programme deadlines
• Carrying out inspections, snagging, and quality checks
• Supporting testing and commissioning activities
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and UK regulations
• Running toolbox talks and maintaining strong site safety standards
• Managing materials, site logistics, and progress reporting

What we’re looking for

• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor or senior electrician ready to step up
• Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Confident leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Ability to read technical drawings and ensure quality delivery
• Good understanding of UK electrical regulations and site safety
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ECS / CSCS card
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (advantageous)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
