The role
- Day-to-day site supervision, leading electricians and subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Supervising electrical installation works on site.
- Coordinating teams to meet programme deadlines.
- Carrying out inspections, snagging, and quality checks.
- Supporting testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and UK regulations.
- Running toolbox talks and maintaining strong site safety standards.
- Managing materials, site logistics, and progress reporting.

- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor or senior electrician ready to step up.
- Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical work.

- Good understanding of UK electrical regulations and site safety.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS / CSCS card.
