Fourblue have teamed up with a Multi-Utility Contractor who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Manager to join their leading organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that all work tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company processes, standards, and developers' requests.

Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:

• Oversee all area operations, aligning with the business’s objectives and business needs
• Lead regular meetings and collaborate closely with the Construction Team, the Planning Team, and the Senior Management Team
• Track and forecast project budgets, ensuring the Senior Management Team is always informed about current and upcoming projects
• Manage operations consistently across designated areas, coordinating with the Senior Management Team to ensure smooth delivery
• Conduct thorough pre-start project meetings to ensure developers and their subcontractors fully understand company processes, legal obligations, and requirements
• Actively engage with developers’ management teams to ensure prompt resolution of queries, variations, issues, and disputes, always maintaining strong relationships
• Keep track of project timelines and ensure uninterrupted build schedules for developers
• Perform regular audits and provide ongoing support for any escalations raised by customers
• Ensure personal health, safety, and well-being, adhering to all health and safety duties

Criteria for the Contracts Manager:

• A minimum of 2 years’ project management experience within a DNO or IDNO environment
• In-depth understanding of developer processes and utility installation processes, including Gas, Water, Electricity, and Fibre
• Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and regulations
• SSSTS
• NRSWA certification
• EUSR certification
• A valid driving license
