Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys influencing at a senior level, shaping workplace culture and turning organisational strategy into meaningful action?

Four Talent is delighted to be working exclusively with our client to appoint a HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering an ambitious People Strategy and supporting the organisation's aim to create an inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplace.

Working closely with the People Director and as an integral member of the People Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted partner and coach leaders across the organisation. You'll provide strategic insight alongside practical, commercially aware solutions that strengthen organisational capability, support sustainable growth and enable positive change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development.
  • Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews.
  • Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support effective decision-making.
  • Shape and embed culture change, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coach and influence managers, leaders and colleagues across the People team.
  • Support strategic and organisation-wide People projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and risk.
  • Deputise for the People Director when required.

What you'll bring:

  • You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner, ideally CIPD Level 5 / Chartered, with a strong background gained within a professional services environment and proven experience partnering at executive level.
  • You'll bring strong UK employment law knowledge, experience of delivering impactful people programmes and the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • You'll be comfortable working with data, navigating complexity and driving change with clarity, resilience and sound judgement.
