They’re on the lookout for a self-employed Bookkeeper to take the reins on a wide variety of day-to-day finance tasks. Everything from reconciliations to management accounts. The essentials:
- Self-employed with capacity for 20–30 hours per week
- Based in or near Northamptonshire
- Must be at least AAT qualified – ideally an AAT Licensed Accountant, so you're regulated and able to offer additional services like In House Management Accounts
- Monthly commissions collation and performance tracking
- Bookkeeping and Xero wizardry
- Supplier payments and liaison
- Auctions support – bank reconciliations and processing paperwork
- Inter-company balancing and Trial Balance reviews
- Producing In House Monthly Management Accounts
- Journals (prepayments, accruals etc.)
- Payroll duties
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations, rental payments and ALTO system processing
- Posting agency fees into Xero
