We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketer to lead and scale our client's direct-to-consumer digital activity across Europe. Based in Germany or the UK, you’ll take ownership of digital performance in key European markets - driving sales growth, improving brand visibility, and leading a remote team. You’ll be responsible for shaping localised strategies, executing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, META, TikTok, etc.), and optimising the performance of their websites across the region. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider teams based in the UK, you’ll play a key role in building a strong, data-led digital operation across their European markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own digital performance across European markets, driving sales and brand growth.
- Lead, coach, and support a remote team of four Digital Marketing Executives.
- Oversee local website content and performance, ensuring effective UX, SEO, and localisation.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns and site performance to improve ROI and conversion.
- Act as the senior point of contact in Europe, supporting operational tasks such as stock coordination and third-party management as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in performance marketing and digital strategy, ideally in FMCG, eCommerce or D2C.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of successful Google Ads, META, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
- Experience leading remote teams and delivering results across multiple markets.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable travelling to the UK and within Europe as needed.
