We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Senior to join our client's Business Services team. This role is ideal for a part‑qualified ACA/ACCA accountant or a qualified‑by‑experience professional who enjoys taking ownership of client work and delivering high‑quality year‑end accounts, financial statements and tax computations. You will play a key role in ensuring client work is completed efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements, while supporting and reviewing the work of Associates.
Primary Purpose of the Role
- To oversee the preparation and processing of financial information
- To take responsibility for the preparation of year‑end accounts, statutory financial statements and tax computations
- To ensure Service Level Agreements are met across your client portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the Client Manager
- Proactively ensure all work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Review the work of Associates and provide guidance and support as required
- Preparation of:
- Year‑end statutory accounts
- Financial statements
- Corporation tax and income tax computations
