We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager / Head of Finance to join a dynamic company based in Cirencester. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading all financial control processes – budgeting, reporting, compliance and more.
  • Preparing management accounts and cash flow forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing payroll, VAT returns, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Managing ledgers, credit control, and ensuring financial best practice is followed across the board.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading finance within an SME.
  • Strong technical background in management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience across ledgers, reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and improve systems.
  • Confident communicator, excellent with Excel, and ready to hit the ground running.
