We're delighted to be supporting a leading holiday and leisure business with recruitment of multiple Customer Service Executives to join a newly created team.

This company are well established in their field and are only continuing to grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly created team focused on reconnecting with previous customers, building relationships, gathering feedback, and helping the business better understand customer needs.

As one of the first hires in this new function, you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact while developing valuable customer engagement skills within a brilliant organisation who hold their customers at the heart of everything they do.

The Role You'll be contacting existing and previous customers by phone and email, building rapport, gathering insights, and creating positive customer experiences.

This isn't a hard-sales position.

The focus is on customer engagement and relationship building, although you'll identify opportunities to introduce customers back into the sales journey where appropriate.
