What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts on a weekly basis
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone or email on a daily basis
- Building strong relationships with customers to secure timely payments
- Resolving queries via telephone and email
- Working closely with a wider credit team to hit team targets, and delivery against your personal weekly cash collection target to reduce historic aged debt and debtor days
