We're working with a successful and growing business in Bedfordshire looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing commercial insight and helping shape business strategy.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for delivering meaningful financial analysis, challenging performance and supporting key business decisions.

This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include: Partnering with operational and departmental leaders to improve financial performance.

Producing budgets, forecasts and management reports.

Providing insightful analysis on revenue, margins, costs and profitability.

Supporting strategic projects, investment appraisals and business cases.

Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve commercial performance.

Challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making through clear financial insight.

Driving continuous improvement across financial reporting and planning processes.

Supporting month-end activities and ensuring accurate financial information is delivered.

About You You'll be a proactive and commercially focused finance professional who enjoys building relationships across the business.

You'll ideally have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be qualified by experience with relevant commercial experience).

Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.

A collaborative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
