This company are seeking a proactive and highly organised Temporary Administrator / PA to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of key projects, managing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This will be a full time position, 37 hours per week based at their office in Worcester and will run for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Assist with the delivery of key business projects, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and management reviews.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritising requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, document management, and updating internal systems.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies across the department.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role, ideally supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business systems.
- High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
