We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small, well-established client who is seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to join their tight-knit team. This is a unique dual role combining hands-on warehouse work with key logistics administration duties. The ideal candidate will be confident using computer systems, managing bookings and paperwork, and will also hold a valid Bendi forklift licence to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support logistics operations by handling all associated administration and system updates.
  • Book collections and deliveries, liaise with couriers, and maintain delivery schedules.
  • Use a Bendi forklift to move and organise stock safely within the warehouse.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Work closely with the accounts team to streamline the flow of logistical information.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with internal processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse/logistics admin role.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail for managing bookings and stock systems.
  • A valid and in-date Bendi forklift licence is essential.
  • Confident working in a small team environment and taking ownership of varied responsibilities.
