Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Contract Service Administrator to support their busy Customer Service team. This is a key role providing admin support to engineers, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and schedule engineer visits
- Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate records
