You'll be contacting existing and previous customers by phone and email, building rapport, gathering insights, and creating positive customer experiences. This isn't a hard sales position. The focus is on customer engagement and relationship building, although you'll identify opportunities to introduce customers back into the sales journey where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact previous and existing customers via telephone and email
- Re-engage customers who haven't booked recently
- Build positive and professional customer relationships
- Understand customers' preferences and future plans
- Gather customer feedback and valuable market insight
- Accurately update customer records and interactions within the CRM system
- Manage follow-up activity and customer communications
- Identify opportunities that can be referred to the sales team
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
About You
We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to pick up the phone and engage with customers.
You'll ideally be:
- A confident and friendly communicator
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Resilient and positive
- Naturally curious and able to build rapport quickly
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telesales, customer engagement or similar roles would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Attitude, personality and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm 37.5 hours per week
