Freight & Logistics Co-Ordinator Worcester Full-Time, Permanent £32,000-£37,000p/a Our client is looking for a proactive Freight & Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient coordination of freight and logistics for the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for global logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities * Coordinate with freight forwarders for air and sea shipments, including LCL and FCL consignments, and ensure compliance with Customs documentation. * Arrange consolidated, full container, and 'buyers consol' shipments from regions such as the Far East, Africa, and the EU. * Manage internal SAP systems to reconcile supplier invoices and update shipment details. * Produce detailed documentation for Customs clearance, including commodity code listings. * Track currency rates, manage forward contracts, and calculate supplier deposit payments. * Monitor landed costs, stock revaluations, and supplier/freight payments. * Collaborate with external auditors, HMRC, and other stakeholders for import/export and OPR approval processes. * Create financial control sheets, manage payment reports, and assist with external audits.
