We're looking for a confident and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join the business in an outbound calling role.
You'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the business to reconnect with customers who haven't engaged recently.
This role would suit someone with previous contact centre, outbound calling, telesales or customer engagement experience who enjoys speaking to people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to customers, maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
Building rapport and creating genuine connections will be key to your success, helping customers feel valued while identifying opportunities to support their future needs.
