Relief Practitioner (Nights) – Domestic Abuse & Gender-Based Violence

Contract: Casual (0-hour contract)
Salary: Night Shift – £14.65 (Night Shift) per hour,+ Rolled Up Holiday Pay of £1.77.
Four Square is looking for Casual Relief Practitioners to join the team at Keymoves, our women’s refuge, providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to women affected by domestic abuse and gender-based violence.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient and reliable individuals who are confident working overnight and can help create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for the women we support.
As part of our relief team, you’ll provide cover when needed across night shifts, offering reassurance, practical assistance and emotional support while responding calmly and appropriately to any situations that may arise.
Relief work offers flexibility, allowing you to pick up night shifts around your other commitments while gaining valuable experience within a specialist support service.
Please note: This relief opportunity is specifically for night shifts at Keymoves.
